As a pastor’s wife, she found her voice speaking at marriage and women’s conferences and retreats throughout Texas. She filled her speaking material with her poems, short stories, and devotions. She added narrator to her professional portfolio when she debuted in Michelle Stimpson’s “MAMA B: A Time to Speak,” audible book. She is also a contributing author for Our Daily Bread: Oh, Freedom edition. As the visionary of Joy K. Massenburge & Associates, she helps busy, businesswomen and creatives manage deadlines, family, and personal goals by co-authoring the action steps they need to finish the projects they start. She serves on the national board of American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW). When she is not writing, she is providing Psalm 119 Inspirational videos, or keynote speaking at retreats and conferences. She resides near Tyler, Texas.
