We absolutely recommend going to your doctor and seeking a referral if you feel like you need that.Question 3.When a loved one suddenly passes how do you help your kids cope with their grief while you manage your own? What do you share, how do you share? We think you just try and be as open and honest as possible. Find your comfort level.
