How to Tame the “Inner Critic:” Overcoming negativity begins with ourselves & our internal dialogue. Begin to look at this “monkey mind” from a perspective of compassion & curiosity -- knowing its simply trying to help you survive -- it’s a protector. After you begin to tame the monkey & see its core intention through caring “soft eyes,” you’ll make room to develop a positive inner voice that reminds you of your wonderful strengths & your MANY accomplishments!
