How To Tell A Story That Sticks - Interview with Clever Cub Author Bob Hartman

from The Teaching Your Toddler Podcast · host Marijo N. Tinlin

Bob Hartman is the author of over 100 books including the Lion Storyteller Bible as well as the new book series Clever Cub which retells the stories of Jesus' birth (Luke 2:1-20), Creation (Genesis 1), Singing to God (Psalm 104) and Giving Thanks (Act 3:1-10). The stories are engaging between Clever Cub and his family with adorable illustrations by Steve Brown, all making God's word memorable for little ones. The books have little creatures to find as you read through the book and are great for story time or bed time. Listen to this interview with Bob about what performance storytelling is and how that helps kids (and adults) learn and remember the stories of the Bible. Bob Hartman is also the author of the YouVersion's Bible App for kids, a husband and father to two grown children and grandfather to 5. He lives with his wife in the United Kingdom (but remains a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan).
