How To Translate Training into Results

Most of the Trainings fail to create the impact expected. The reasons are always simple and can be plugged. The missing part of the Puzzle is design of the program with ownership for trainee. Of Course the other things like Purpose, goal, delivery method, competence of the trainer & refresher course all do matter.  Unless there is Trainees skin in the game, the result expected will not be seen, burning millions of dollars of the company in drain. So, it's not surprising when it comes to budget cuts, training get the 1st hit.  We don't take time to design the program to create organizational value.
