And frog jump. Yesterday before going to bed I wrote a note to myself. Please do day one week three. H.R.W.

Absolutely with no external pressure. But pure intrinsic motivation. I was driven to wake up at 4am. I did all the morning routine.
Worked like feeling God's grace and was filled with gratitude just for my being not doing not doing something spectacular or not having millions of dollars but just for the being for my being human being right. So my being like a being as you know the 12 week home workout program entails exercising for 5 days and taking a 2 days break. Last couple of days I was catching up with writing articles for publications and recording episodes for Laleka's morning music podcast. Today when that time showed up my body mind and emotions were in tune to show up for exercising on day one of me three without any resistance.
