How to Use LinkedIn for Your Business in 2022 with Dr. Angela Mulrooney

In this week’s episode, I will be joined by Dr. Angela Mulrooney. Angela is a retired dentist turned personal branding expert. She had built a referral-based, niche dental practice that allowed her to do the dentistry she loved on clients she loved while earning more and working less. She lost everything after sustaining a career-ending injury that killed my ability to drill. She was sent spiraling, unsure of what the future held. She had two options: She could keep my practice even though I would never be able to drill again, or she could sell my practice and find a new path. She chose option b. She took to LinkedIn and started speaking about niching and branding in training. She went from two hundred to twelve thousand industry followers in a year. Her rise on LinkedIn drew attention from other professionals, and I started being asked to coach professionals in disparate industries on creating personal brands on LinkedIn. She was hired to speak at conferences internationally, be a guest on podcasts, and share my knowledge.
