How Trafficking Happens Out In the Open and Powerful People Don't Seem to Care

Hello Everyone!It took me far too long to sit down with Ossiana Tepfenhart, and then we scheduled two talks in one day! I met her through medium, and I’ve appreciated her authentic and sometimes heart wrenching stories for years.In this talk, Ossiana provides some insight into the scandals of our time based on her experience as a brave survivor of human trafficking. Her stories provided me with a lot of understanding, particularly on the pressure techniques used by anyone who adheres to a conservative viewpoint.Friends, abuse isn’t coming, it’s here. Abuse has been normalized by an ideology that victim shames and tells children they are “sinners” before they even learn how to talk or even move on their own. It’s all connected, and it’s time we stopped pretending we don’t know who the true abusers are.They are Republicans. They are conservatives. They are the people out there pointing the finger at the innocent even as they angrily deny their own transgressions.
