Rendani speaks of all the challenges that they faced and highlights the importance of continuous marketing. At a low conversion rate in the industry, business development and focus on growing the customer base is critical.  Rendani has worked through really difficult times and due to them adapting and being able to fulfill their ever-changing client needs in COVID, they grew as a business. He speaks of their recruitment challenges and what they look for in new recruits. New team members have to fit in with the Vision, Mission and Culture of the company and they must become part of the team. Rendani believes I have that they have the drive to become a truly African marketing and communications agency.
