I've always wanted to do an episode diving deep into the five love languages since I find them fascinating! The love languages are words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, and gift giving. I explain each one and give examples of them. I believe we all have a primary love language but definitely more than just one. I also experience receiving and giving love differently which I think is normal.
