How We Navigate These Wild Times with Arizona Bell
from Reclaiming Consciousness · host Alyse Bacine
This week's guest is author, and co-founder of Wildtimes Media, Arizona Bell, who tells us all about her journey towards finding authenticity. She credits her awakening to the loss of her “first home”, when her mother died, which, quite literally, blew her world apart. After this traumatic moment in her life, where she even experienced suicidal thoughts, she felt a deep urge to “have the conversations that matter” and help people find themselves through spirituality, which is how the media collective, Wildtimes Media, came to be. She now understands how grief makes way to change and transformation and how “with death comes rebirth”.
