How we take care of our house- our body... Ric Tyler weighs in...

from REALTY UNIVERSAL® Radio · host REALTYUNIVERSAL

Ric Tyler, of Ivory Health Coach, an expert on nutrition and body building weighs in on the holidays, sugar, GMO's and what you can do to enjoy food, yet preserve your body, which should be more important than your physical house. Ric Tyler, has always had a love for physical fitness prior to becoming a teenager and fortunately, unlike so many things in this life, that has never waned. This all started when he used to read bodybuilding magazines in the supermarket when shopping with his father. He was too young to join a health club, so he started by lifting his father's snow tires in the basement, doing bicep curls trying to emulate the guys in the magazines. Little did he know that this would develop into something that would last for many years, not just a passing fad. After 30+ years of corporate life, always incorporating training and a healthy life-style while devouring all the knowledge he could find is now living his passion coaching others to live your best life, while keeping your most important house, your body in the best shape you can.
