She is the loving wife of Harri L. Miller Sr, mother of 7 children (4 adopted), licensed Mortician and the owner of Our Rising Angels Personal Care Home. Monique has been a resident of Jonesboro, GA since August 2001. She was raised by her Grandmother Alice Cooper-Millers along with 17 other cousins. Moniqueexperienced first-hand with her grandmother, faith, love, patience and compassion. It's inspiring to see how her core values has shaped the Personal Care Home and the lives of those who resides there. The Personal Care Home originated from Alice Myers taking in different individuals with various diagnoses. The PCH is based off of patience, love, honor and respect for everyone.
