He was the founding editor of Deloitte’s global human capital trends report and co-founded Catalyst Tel Aviv, Deloitte’s first global innovation hub, where he met Gloat's founders. An acclaimed expert in work and workforce transformation, Prof. Jeffrey has led consulting practices across the U.S., India, Israel, Belgium, Russia, and Kenya. Prof. Jeffrey completed joint graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA, 1987) and Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs (MPA, 1987).
