An acclaimed expert in work and workforce transformation, Prof. Jeffrey has led consulting practices across the U.S., India, Israel, Belgium, Russia, and Kenya. Prof. Jeffrey completed joint graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA, 1987) and Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs (MPA, 1987). He holds a BA in History and Government from Cornell University (1980), where he also served as a member of the Board of Trustees from 1979 to 1980.
