How you can attract Millennial clients

"We're seeing it impact advisers," she says.

"I spoke to an adviser recently who had seven clients pass away last year, which is really sad. He didn't retain any of that business, so there's $40,000-plus revenue that went out of the door.

"This is a problem for those more mature practices."
