Send us Fan MailI caught up with Howard Thresher at the tackle shop he runs in Crediton, Devon.I've known him quite a few years now and I really wanted listeners to hear the story of a river that was completely fished out until he was lucky enough to buy the fishing rights and nurse it back to health.
