HPD Veteran Sgt Robert Vincent Ruiz retiring, but he's a 39.03 thug to me on 4/4/2014 at McDonald's.

Houston Police Dept. Sergeant Robert V Ruiz, a Latino Chicano cop makes news that he is retiring from the force. As the news media paints him as a hero, people don't know him committed a crime as a cop by mistreating me at McDonald's on Harrisburg Blvd on the Second Ward/East End Area on April 4, 2014. I was a victim of a crime where a white homeless man was racially and sexually harassing me in the restroom. A dark skinned young Latino male, Gomez was on my side by telling the white old homeless man to leave the premises and he called the cops. We waited almost an hour for them to show and it was Ruiz. Gomez was told to go the bank while I told Ruiz what happened. Meanwhile, Ruiz laughed at the homophobic comment by the man when I was telling him to the story while forgetting that his boss at the time, Mayor Annise Parker who is a lesbian. Luckily, she didn't fired him. When Ruiz started acted like a mean pocho, he talked to some light skinned Latina manager with a fake blonde hair. I never talked to this thot about this crime against me. She mostly likely lied and exaggerated the story (which is false report to law enforcement or perjury which is a crime) to him, this lead to Ruiz committing official oppression against me in the lobby by berating & intimidating me in front of customers ( mistreatment according to official oppression/Texas Penal Code 39.03). He became the trader that Latinos called him when he joined the department in 1981 at 19 years old due to Latino man, Joe Torres being racially attacked and killed by KKK type HPD cops in 1977 by mistreating me as multigenerationally mixed race part black man who is also part Hispanic (Spanish Louisiana Creole) besides French Creole, Irish, English, and Native American.
