HR Forum – Redundancy Masterclass

As we head towards a double dip recession (according to recent reports), this session will provide a masterclass in dealing with redundancies and other cost saving measures whilst at the same time the minimising risk of claims. During this interactive session, we will highlight the redundancy pitfalls and talk you through some of the more tricky legal considerations, from pooling and selection to “bumping” and consulting. We will also give practical advice on how to ensure a smooth transition and alleviate the potential for future claims, demonstrating how to put the theory into practice.
