As the CIO, Jason was instrumental in making the decision to move the organization from on-premise solutions, and many of them, to Oracle.  With Oracle, he and the team saw the benefits of having a relationship with one vendor to take care of all their ERP and HCM needs.  We talked about data security and privacy, how processes changed, and how to address talent shortages with technology.
