HR Happy Hour - Episode 81 - 'Emotional Intelligence' Thursday January 6, 2011 - 8PM ET The HR Happy Hour kicks off 2011 with a different kind of show, one that will force us, painful as it may be, to take a look at ourselves and be honest about what we see. This week author and consultant Adele Lynn of the Lynn Leadership Group joins us to talk 'Emotional Intelligence'. You may have heard about Emotional Intelligence, you may think you know what it means, but perhaps have never thought about the importance of Emotional Intelligence from a leadership, organizational or recruiting perspective.
