Bynum is a graduate of both Texas A&M University and Regent University. She holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Certificate of Graduate Studies in School Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Kaylee is also a Certified Traumatologist and Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator/Therapist through the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology.
