Holly tells us how she got started, and how they made it through the pandemic shutdown. We also get to hear about some amazing collaboration beers Epidemic will be releasing for SF Beer Week. Epidemic Ales is a majority woman owned brewery, and Holly is an amazing example of incorporating art and creativity, and the concept of "community" not "industry" that has really made Craft Beer an important part of so many communities.
