If it pleases the Hawaii Supremes.  The hosts for this show are Marco Mangelsdorf and Jay Fidell.  The guest is Henry Curtis.   On January 31, the Hawaii Supreme Court heard the case of Ho Honua et al. v. the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission regarding the proposed power purchase agreement between Hu Honua and Hawaii Electric Light Company.  The Supremes posed tough questions to Hu Honua's attorney and evinced a keen interest in the subject matter.  Now we wait for the decision from the five justices.
