Huckabee Slams UK Over Gaza Remarks | US News

U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee unleashed a fiery tirade against the British government, accusing them of “Jew hate” after Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband, a Jewish refugee’s son, described Gaza’s humanitarian crisis as “horrific” in a video. Huckabee slammed Britain’s stance as fact-free and politically motivated, while Miliband stood by his account, citing firsthand testimony of blocked medicine and child deaths. Israel’s Foreign Ministry countered with data showing medical aid flowing into Gaza and Britain’s role in coordinating it. Amid shifting UK policy under new PM Andy Burnham — who’s pushing for tougher sanctions on Israeli settlements — Huckabee, who was just in the West Bank condemning settler violence, turned his sharp rhetoric toward London, highlighting the escalating diplomatic tension.
