Hudson Yards at Ten : New York's Newest Neighborhood Takes Shape (Part 2 of 3)

This program commemorates the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the zoning by taking a look back at the challenges and issues that were considered in the formation of the planning and development framework, key aspects of the zoning and financing innovations, and critical public and private projects developed pursuant to the zoning. A portion of the program focuses on the Related-Oxford Hudson Yards project, which is the centerpiece in the transformation of this area.
