The stacks of the paper mill are an iconic sight in Chillicothe, OH. Mill operator Pixelle – based in Pennsylvania, and owned by H.I.G. Capital of Miami, Florida – is closing the location that has been in Ohio for more than 200 years. August 10th is the last day for the paper mill which had employed 830 workers. David Glass is a Republican member of the Ross County Commission. He gives an update on the devastation news with a small glimmer of hope for a buyer of the facility.
