空性与无我修法的差别：空性修法是指法无我的修法，当体会到物质、精神等所有的一切都是空性时，在这种境界中安住，就是空性的修法；无我的修法则是特指人无我的修法，它属于空性修法的一部分。 前面讲的空性修法虽然属于中观的修法，但我认为这已经是非常高的修法了。任何一个修法再高明，也要自己去体会，除了这个体会以外，要用我们人类的语言来表达，就只能这样了。 虽然观察只是过程，不是最重要的，但如果没有这个过程，就不会有证悟空性的结果。如果真正地证悟了这两个修法，就已经是很高、很不错的境界了。
