Connection with another human being doesn't happen by accident, and connection often won't be convenient. Relationships in general often aren't convenient, but they fulfill us in ways that nothing else can. We have to make the conscious decision to pour into others, to give people our full, undivided attention, to be curious and willing to learn. When you go about connecting with intention, everything shifts. And in a time when we're all feeling lonelier and more isolated than ever, we need to be even more intentional and get creative about how we interact with others.
