Human Outsmarts Alien Students in Deadly Sandstorm Test
from Short SciFi Stories on the go · host Kelli Korner
The storm whips around them viciously, but inside that prickly fortress, the human breathes steady, heart pounding, breath measured the world outside may rage, but here, life persists. They scrambled toward the same cactus, desperation etched in every gesture, but the human, the human remains peaceful, untouched by panic. Inside the cactus, hollow, but safe, they've found shelter from the storm that crushed every expectation, the sandstorm howls on, but inside that green, spiny shell, time slows every grain of sand that pounds the cactus while echoes a victory. When the storm finally subsides, the human climbs out ties bright with survival, spine proud, pulsed, racing with triumph. In the end, the human taught those alien students a lesson far beyond resilience, that true survival lies not in matching strength or technology, but in creativity, boldness, and the courage to think differently.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/little-scifi-stories-on-the-go--7033804/support.
