Kelli Donley Williams was born and raised in Arizona. She has been an avid reader and writer since childhood, which led to studying journalism in college. After volunteering in west Africa, she returned to school to study public health. She is the author of four novels. Inspiration for her stories comes from working in the developing world in international health and her love of Arizona. Her latest project underway is a retelling of the book of Ruth from the perspective of a foster child.  Kelli is married, has several unruly terriers, a garden full of tomato plants, and more books than she can ever read.
