Mark 10 Vs 32-34 When you know that God has called you to do a task, then do it……….regardless of cost. Vs 35-37 Self promotion produces divine demotion, because “God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Vs 38-40 Honor in heaven is proportional to the sacrifices made on earth for Jesus’ sake. Vs 41-45 In God’s kingdom the way up is down; the path to divine promotion is self denial and humble service.
