Humility and Obedience

Humility and Obedience – Eccles 5:1-7 As we read about coming into the house of God – the principles we discover in these verses are ones that apply to life generally. We are to acknowledging God’s true worth or true value. It is the means by which we worship God with our lives every day.  Solomon challenges our motives….. Why do we come into God’s house – why do we pray – why do we pursue God – is it for selfish reasons or are we genuinely humble in attitude before God, resting in Him, trusting Him and committed to obedience, His ways not ours.
