Today, Hun Ming Kwang joins Sujata on the podcast to share some of his wisdom through the music he resonates with. Ming is the Founder and Co-Artistic Director of ThisConnect.today, an advocacy platform that focuses on raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention by sparking conscious conversations through art and rallying different organisations so that we can begin building a more integrated mental health support structure that empowers people to thrive in their lives. He is also the Co-Founder of Dream Singapore, a nation-wide coaching campaign in 2016 that saw over 500 people experience the transformative potential of life coaching in 30 days through 15-minute laser coaching sessions.
