Send us Fan MailIf you're newish to the non diet approach to food, then this concept may be brand new as well and feel a tad foreign. I know it did for me when I was unlearning years of dieting and eating based on external cues. Dieting silences our ability to 'hear' the signals our body is sending. Not to mention the mental and emotional mess it creates with fear around being hungry, over eating, and eating the 'wrong' thing. Today we are going to explore how you can use the hunger scale to reconnect with your body's hunger and fullness cues. This, like so many other concepts I teach is more like a practice, something you try again and again until it becomes more natural. And it's also a skill.  So don't beat yourself up if you mess it up or if it doesn't click right away. That's a normal part of the learning process. I would love to help you apply this and all the other material covered on the podcast at a deeper level. If you're ready to get started today, you can email [email protected] or connect with me on IG and FB (links below)you can also snag your FREE Mindful Eating Bundle at alishacarlson.com (which has a copy of the hunger scale you can use for reference).
