63% of U.S. adults who use a smartphone have at least one financial app, according to a recent Bankrate.com report. Robert Barba, Senior Analyst at Bankrate.com said while Millennials use them the most, the Gen X and Baby Boom generations also are heavy users. He talked about the potential security concerns, and why banks are so strongly motivated to get their customers to try banking apps.
