Hurter’s Return Delayed by Mechanics | Detroit Tigers News

Brant Hurter’s return to the Detroit Tigers bullpen is on hold after he was pulled from his minor league rehab assignment—no re-injury, but major concerns over his mechanics and velocity. Manager A.J. Hinch says Hurter needs seven days away from games to regain full strength, delaying his comeback as the team leans on him more than ever without trade deadline reinforcements. His recent rehab outings were rough, racking up hits and walks with a sky-high ERA, reminding fans of his pre-injury dominance. The Tigers are keeping him in the mix, but fans won’t see him in action anytime soon. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
