The Husker247 HypeCast is here to get you ready for Nebraska’s toughest game of the season, a home contest against the highly ranked Michigan Wolverines.  Nebraska is back to .500 and Matt Rhule could earn back a lot of fans and media attention if the Huskers are able to pull off a big upset against Michigan this weekend. We go through how things look in each phase of the game. 93.7 The Ticket’s Jake Sorensen joins as the special guest for the week and he provides plenty of thoughts on Nebraska’s offense and Heinrich Haarberg, who has taken over at quarterback each of the last two games for the Huskers.  Michael Bruntz and Brian Christopherson each give thoughts on the other parts of the offense and where the Huskers could look to attack on Saturday. Then over on the defensive side of the ball Sorensen raves about Nash Hutmacher while Bruntz and Christopherson talk depth at linebacker and in the secondary, as well as what we’ve seen from the Blackshirts since the start of the year. Then it’s prediction time. There’s the oddly specific ones — you’ll never guess what position Bruntz focuses on and how that leads to a conversation about Degeneration-X — then picks to click and finally game predictions? Anyone crazy enough to pick Nebraska? Find out on the Husker247 HypeCast.
