They discuss: taking advice from all the wrong people, getting mean comments on facebook, and the (sex)life & death of Sinead's pet rabbit. They talk about a lot and unsuccessfully try to reclaim the word "quirky" - a word they both love to hate being described as. Note to non Irish people- Sinéad is pronounced SHINAID.
