We also discuss the recent layoff at Cartoon Network as the Discovery/WB merger continues to take shape.   News comes our way courtesy of Deadline; that James Gunn and Peter Safran will lead the DC film and tv division going forward for their superhero properties. I think this is a strong move in the right direction to correct the current trajectory the DCEU was on and with the stellar success of Black Adam it appears there is a lot of fans that want more from their beloved superheroes over there.
