Hypertension

Health experts estimate that up to 80 percent of South Africans are living with hypertension, most of them are not even aware of it. They say there's been an increase in the number of people with hypertension or high blood pressure in younger people including children in our country. This comes as the world commemorates World Hypertension Day today. The theme for this year is Know your blood pressure. Thabile Mbhele reports....
