Hypnotherapy Unleashing Subconscious Power with Jay Pullen

from Happiness On Tap · host Leann Herron

Are you ready to unlock the power of your subconscious mind? Join us for a transformative journey with hypnotherapy and life coaching techniques on Hypnotherapy Unleashing Subconscious Power.Have you ever wondered just how powerful your mind really is? Today, we unravel that mystery with someone who has harnessed the extraordinary potential of the subconscious. Our guest, Jay Pullen, has a unique story that bridges psychology, craftsmanship, and the depths of the human mindJay’s interest in behavioral science began with a high school course in psychology. This led to a BA in psychology directly after high school. While contemplating his graduate school path, he took a part-time job in custom cabinetry, which resulted in a full-time interest and business. That led to remodels and custom home construction, which were creative and satisfying in many ways. Jay did the design work for many of his projects. However, after many years there was burnout and a severe economic downturn which ultimately led Jay to return to his former interest in behavioral health. To his surprise, his career took the form of hypnotherapy. Currently certified for ten years, Jay finds working with hypnosis and the subconscious to be a very beneficial addition to normal conscious understanding. After seeing a client’s asthma substantially diminish after a cathartic release of anger, Jay became quite interested in learning just how much a shift in consciousness could impact our physiology. This ultimately led to a focused interest in stress and anxiety. Jay has now added two more modalities to his practice-- HeartMath Coherence training and BioMagnetics, which add additional elements to his services. In addition, he offers clients more typical applications in hypnotherapy, including grief, performance anxiety, and transforming bad habits. We discussed:What first sparked Jay's interest in behavioral science. The most surprising thing he learned about human behavior.Jay's detour into custom cabinetry and construction.
