HYROX Elite at Aged 43 (Felicity Cole Interview)

At aged 43, Felicity Cole is the oldest of the qualifiers for the Elite races at the HYROX regional championships in the 2022/23 season. She is the current Women’s Pro world record holder for the 40-44 age group, and recently finished 12thin the Elite races at the HYROX European Championships.
