In this video I get to talk with Jon Wynn shortly after he won the Men’s Pro race in HYROX Madrid (in a time of just over 60 mins). It was just his 3rd HYROX ever. On the call Jon talks about how he trains for HYROX, his sporting background, as well as being very open and honest about his time in the Australian special forces, and his struggles with alcohol addiction after leaving the military (he's now been 2 years sober).
