HYROX London 2022 - Race Results and Review

A look at the results and data from the second UK based HYROX race of the 2022/23 season, in London (and the London Excel), which took place on 19th November 2022. It was the biggest HYROX event ever, with 5000 athletes competing on the day, plus 2000 spectators. Several age group world records were broken.
