In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I get to speak with Marc Dean (@marcdean_). Marc won the Men’s Doubles at the 2024 HYROX World Championships in Nice, along with Jake Dearden (who has also recently been on the show), against some incredibly strong competition, winning in a time of 52:34. He is a seriously impressive athlete with his eyes set on the Elite 15 – despite having 4 children to look after, and working full time. In this chat we talk about his experience winning the Doubles in Nice, tips he has for people racing doubles, how he manages to train around everything else he has going on in his life, his running times, what he’s focused on in training and much more.
