I-5 Crash: Detached Semi Tire Hits Minivan Near Mill Plain

A tire detached from a northbound semi-truck struck a southbound minivan on I-5 just north of Mill Plain Boulevard around 7:40 a.m. The minivan driver sustained moderate injuries and was transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital.
