I-95 Versus South Philly

PennDOT is gearing up to redo the portion of I-95 in Philly that runs from the Ben Franklin Bridge to the Walt Whitman Bridge. But, initial proposals have some neighborhood groups concerned that the highway will take up space currently used for houses and recreation.
