This includes COBOL, JCL, and the mainframe operating system. * Get involved in the community. There are a number of online and in-person communities for mainframe developers. These can be great resources for learning, networking, and getting help. * Stay up-to-date. The mainframe is constantly evolving, so it’s important to stay current on the latest trends.
