I am ALIVE! New Projects and Exciting Announcements

Hello friends! I am so grateful to be back from an unforeseen hiatus with exciting opportunities that YOU can be a part of! First and foremost, my upcoming online retreat: The Selah Space. A community for Christian women to have access to a video library of home workout, spiritual enrichment, nutrition support and mind/body practices. Second, I will be offering a special workshop in person at the Beautiful Ashes Women’s Retreat next weekend, October 18 & 19, 2025 at the Rest Yourself Retreat Center in Mineral Wells, TX. I will be focusing on the nervous system and how the Lord designed it to draw us back into secure attachment with him. The whole weekend is only $250. And please let me know if finances are an issue.
