I Am All That

from A New Human Experience Hosted by Winnie Oftuc

Dear Friends, throughout February I have been looking at different areas of life to let go of the old on the podcast. On this episode, I want to share more about why it is beneficial to let go of the old. There is nothing wrong about past believes. We adopt them to play with them and it has created a persona otherwise known as the ego. We have an ego and we are much more than our egoic self. When we progress spiritually, we realized that the ego is simply one of the many lenses that we can experience life through. Being able to pivot between the many perspectives of our true self is what will drive the expansion of our consciousness. The meditation for this episode is a guided meditation to live in Unconditional Love, Joy, Beauty, Gratefulness and Grace. Enjoy. If this material resonates with you, please feel free to join me live on A New Human Experience podcast every week. The podcast format is a main talk on a consciousness expanding topic, followed by a brief Q/A or check-in with everyone on the call (this section is not recorded), than comes a meditation and a final check-in (not recorded).
